Our Team

Errica joined the DickersonBakker family in August 2022, bringing tremendous expertise in the area of client relationship building. Errica proudly served our country in the Marine Corps and through that experience learned the value of honor, courage, and commitment. She is currently pursuing a BA in International Business. Her passions are people, connectedness and positivity.  She thrives as part of the Sales Team, witnessing our client’s organizational growth. Outside of work, Errica is a celebrator of all things, known for her love of glitter, and literally leaves a little sparkle everywhere she goes. She loves cooking, baking, spending time with her “mini-me,” daughter, Mia, and her dog, Bones.  Errica is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and Gege to a darling spirited grandson.
