Victoria joins DickersonBakker Executive Search after nearly three decades in the nonprofit world, working for some of the most respected organizations in the nation. Her career is a culmination of real-world experience, passion for helping others, and finely-tuned expertise in identifying and hiring talent for top-tier nonprofit and faith-based organizations.
Victoria’s recruitment experience spans across the United States, having led recruitment for some of the most well-known faith-based nonprofits such as the Christian Broadcasting Network and Samaritans Purse identifying candidates with the skills and passion to take on the challenges of nonprofit work in an ever-changing industry. Recently, Victoria was quoted as saying “I love meeting people and learning about each person, how they are wired, what motivates them so I can match them to the organization and position God has called them to which will allow them to thrive and use the gifts and talents God gave them.”
Her belief in the “less is more” philosophy is the driving force behind her desire to create systems and processes that are simple, yet highly effective. One of her favorite parts of executive search is helping both individuals and organizations break complicated recruitment/hiring processes into manageable, simple steps that lead to long-term success.
Recently relocated to San Diego, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and volunteering in their church, traveling to North Carolina to visit with their daughter, or spoiling their two beloved cats.
