We are thrilled to announce the opening of a new search for the Chief Development Officer of Volunteers of America Northern Rockies (VOANR). This position will report directly to the CEO and serve on the VOANR executive team alongside the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

With a mission “To compassionately serve and strengthen individuals by empowering them to build healthy and happy lives,” this Christian, faith-based organization is guided by a professional staff and committed volunteers who help create strong families and thriving communities through progressive holistic programs by lending a hand up, not a handout.

VOANR’s staff and transformational services stretch across three-states – Wyoming, Montana, and South Dakota – the largest geographical footprint of any Volunteers of America chapter nationwide. Having been on a significant growth trajectory for the last 15 years which continues today, VOANR is ready to take their development efforts to the next level in order to meet increasing service opportunities in the communities where they operate.
