This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a member of the senior leadership team for MB Foundation, who for 120 years has provided leadership and financial solutions for Biblical stewardship to the Mennonite Brethren community.  Built on Biblical values of stewardship, service and integrity, the Foundation continues to be a highly valued partner in meeting capital needs and charitable objectives through broad array of services to include planned giving programs, fund management-with over $190 million currently under management, investment certificates, the MB Loan Fund, and championing a stewardship lifestyle.

The Foundation has grown significantly over the past several years due to sound strategic, financial and operational direction from the leadership team.  Foundation leadership is committed to continuing to provide this level of service and, to do so, they are seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as the next Vice President of Business Development. Reporting to the President/CEO and working from the Foundation’s office in Fresno, California, the Vice President will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive, branded marketing and business development plan focused on  networking, building new partnerships and opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships.  In doing so, he will direct the work of three Planned Giving Advisors and work closely with other Foundation staff in ensuring strategies and programs, and their execution, reflect the mission of the Foundation.
