#LiveBeyond is a holistic, Christ-centered humanitarian organization bringing medical and maternal health care, clean water, education, orphan care, community development, and the gospel of Jesus Christ to those in extreme need in the community of Thomazeau, Haiti.
#LiveBeyond is seeking their next Development Director – someone that will help to build and lead the professionalized development function within the uniquely focused and effective, program-based, international organization.
Working under a highly competent, committed, and gifted CEO based in Haiti, and supporting a ministry with an excellent track record for transformational impact in the communities where it works, the new Development Director will lead and expand an existing US-based fundraising team. He/she will also help establish a new office in Dallas, Texas.
Successful candidates will possess at least ten years of experience in non-profit development work with demonstrated success in fundraising, preferably with experience supporting international, faith-based organizations. In addition to specific expertise in fundraising, he/she will have demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of personal calling.
